negative:
Too Hot For Comfort
You may find a lack of air conditioning in your room, for which the only remedy is keeping the windows open. However, this creates a noise issue from passers-by outdoors, as well as a safety concern on lower floors.
negative:
Forget the Wi-Fi
Don't get your hopes up for the Wi-Fi; it is quite temperamental and often loses connection.

Necessary Upgrades are Ongoing
Some areas are already being refurbished, which is great news for this ageing property. The basics are lovely, but upon closer inspection older units show significant wear and tear. Lighting is dim in corridors, paint and wallpaper need replacing, mattresses are uncomfortable and shabby, décor is outdated, mouldy spots need a good scrub and improved ventilation is a must.
