Difficult to Control Climate Control
Guests mention issues with regulating the temperature in the rooms. No matter how it is adjusted, the room doesn't seem to cool past 73 degrees which can make it extremely warm at certain times of the year.

Resort Fees Add up Quickly
Guests are disappointed that you are charged a daily resort fee with an additional fee on top of that if you wish to rent umbrellas and chairs for the beach. As this hotel is a bit pricier to begin with, guests say they expect these amenities to be included in your original rate.
