Has a conference centre feel, despite the luxury setting and suites.
Some guests weren’t pleased with the overall feel of the estate, as being more typical as a convention centre and lacking the charm of a true English B&B.

Most guests raved about the overall helpfulness and friendliness of the estate’s staff; however, several guests did point out that the reception staff were not very efficient, lacked politeness and did not seem very friendly.
