Suburban Extended Stay Hotel (Worcester, USA)

Guest rooms are divided into bedroom, living room and kitchenette. There are televisions in both the bedroom and living room. Kitchenette is well-equipped with all the amenities and guests were happy that they could even prepare a full festive meal. Rooms also have good facilities to wash and dry clothes. Living rooms also have pull-out beds that were very comfortable and guests slept like babies.

All the staff members were extremely courteous and helpful. Guests were very much impressed by the housekeeping staff. They did a good job of cleaning up the rooms. The front desk staff was also very professional and wonderful. Even the general manager of the hotel genuinely cared about the comfort and well-being of the guests.

Guests could not agree more on the fact that the stay here was very affordable. It is clean, well-maintained and has all the basic amenities. Staying in this hotel has been affordable yet very pleasant without having to compromise on the comfort factor.

Guests say that however comfortable, the rooms are also in need of touch ups here and there. With broken showers with constant scalding hot water and wall papers peeling off, the rooms are in need of some renovation.

Even though the rooms were non-smoking, they were all smelling of smoke, which caused a lot of nasal irritation to lots of guests. It was so strong that even fresh sheets picked up the smoky odor.

The hotel was running short of towels and pillows during the busy season say many guests. Noisy air conditioners made it very difficult for the guests to get a good night’s sleep.
