The breakfast was thought to be a great morning meal since it was free and there were plenty of options to choose from. Guests were left happy to have the morning meal that was filling and not scarce.

The furnishings were thought to be comfortable by guests who enjoyed sleeping on a comfortable mattress and pillows. The couches and chairs were also thought to be nice to sit on and use.

The rooms were found to be clean and modern by guests who enjoyed staying there. The bright rooms were well lit by the light that came in from outside and the rooms were kept clean throughout the stay of the guests.

Guests found the staff members to have a cold attitude towards their guests at times. They felt the staff could place more emphasis in treating their guests with more kindness and warmth. Guests notice the attitude and behavior of the staff and were not impressed.

The food from the on-site café was found to be expensive by guests who did not enjoy paying a high price for a meal or snack. They also felt the room service fee was exaggerated and not worth it. A reasonably priced restaurant would make a big difference.

The parking lot was found to be uncomfortable by guests who had a difficult time parking in the lot or getting out of it. It was inclined, which made it difficult to maneuver.
