Ultimate Apartments ate four-star apartments with 45 rooms located in central Bondi Village, close to the Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia. It is a 25 minutes’ drive from the Sydney Airport. There are studio apartments and large apartments, both of which are fully air-conditioned with wooden flooring plus modern furnishings. They are equipped with flat screen television, fridge, iron/ironing board, digital phone, built-in wardrobe, hangers, full length mirror and sofa beds. Kitchenette has a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, cutlery, cookware and toaster. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a sundeck, coin-operated laundry and clothes line, luggage storage and free security lockers. Free parking is offered onsite and Wi-Fi connection is chargeable. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are available. Many local restaurants and cafes are located at a walking distance towards the beach. Ultimate Apartments are a seven-minute walk to the Bondi Beach and nine miles away from the Sydney Opera House.
The apartments are situated in a gated property making it quite safe and secure. The gates could be locked making it accessible only to the guests staying there. Guests were relieved to find that the free parking was also inside the gated property.
The swimming pool is placed right in the middle of the parking lot and is clean. Guests loved lounging around in the sun deck. Kitchenette has all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare a simple meal.
It is a short walk to the Bondi Beach and many shops, cafes and restaurants. Most of the guests felt that walking to the beach was easier than driving around. Local bus stops for buses that go to the city are right outside the gate of the apartments. Moreover, these apartments are very reasonably priced for the services that they provide.
Majority of guests had a tough time in the hot rooms as the air conditioners were not working. Air conditioners in some of the other rooms were unbearably noisy. There was water leaking from some of the ACs making the room filthy.
Some of the guests who liked to stay connected felt that the Wi-Fi should have been complimentary like many other places.
Most of the guests felt that they should have been provided with some tea/coffee sachets along with little milk and not just the tea/coffee making equipment.
