positive:
Poolside Paradise
The snaking lagoon-style pool is a huge hit with guests. Spacious enough so as to never feel over-subscribed, you'll also love the swim-up bar serving delicious cocktails and the numerous bathing terraces nestled at poolside. Parents are similarly delighted with the spotlessly clean and well-staffed kid's pool.
positive:
Stupendous Staff
Sincere and smiling staff ensure guests have the most memorable of stays. Highly-trained front-of-house personnel routinely go the extra mile to accommodate guests in their desired rooms and assisting with boking of tours and taxis. Genuinely helpful waitstaff staff are always on hand to top up your glass.
positive:
Fun for all the Family
Guests in search of serenity are invariably delighted with their choice to stay here. Much quieter and more family-orientated than nearby Kuta, the area is rich with wildlife and authentic Balinese hospitality. An abundance of cafes, restaurants, gift shops and beaches provide endless distraction.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Apathetic Attitudes
Some visitors have been less than impressed with the attitude of staff members. While a lack of language training may be responsible for some communication breakdowns, other incidences of rudeness are harder to explain away. Front of house staff in particular might benefit from a little hospitality training.
negative:
Beware the Bugs
A clutch of comments from creeped-out guests suggests better pest control is in order. While a certain amount of insect invasion is inevitable in this part of the world, guests arriving into rooms to find ants and other beasties scaling various surfaces are still a little shocked.
negative:
In Need of TLC
While many enjoy a trouble-free stay, comments suggest there's room for improvement. New arrivals don't like having to hunt down missing items like towels, bathrobes, glasses, do-not-disturb signs, etc. while blocked sinks, strange odours, shaky Wi-Fi signals and fierce competition for sunbeds spoil some stays.
