If you enjoy a hotel with great facilities, it’s best to look for accommodation elsewhere. Many guests advised this hotel has basic facilities and is best for travellers visiting Dubai on a budget.

Some travellers enjoyed the breakfast they received, advising the choice was varied and the food had a good taste.

There were some complaints about the amount of noise within the hotel. There are two nightclubs in the hotel and guests advised they had difficulty sleeping due to the noise emanating from the nightclubs until 3am. If you decide to stay at Rush Inn Hotel, it’s best to ask for a room on a higher floor, as the nightclubs are located downstairs.

Some travellers were disappointed with their rooms. They advised the room décor was shabby and outdated. The most alarming aspect of their complaints was regarding the general cleanliness of the rooms. Some advised the rooms stank of cigarette smoke while others stated the bed sheets were filthy. The bathrooms were also heavily criticised for being dirty and old fashioned. It is not acceptable for the cleanliness levels to be this bad as visitors will simply book elsewhere.

Another disturbing complaint from many travellers was the conduct of the staff members. They advised the hotel personnel lacked warmth and understanding, while others advised they had an indifferent attitude to resolving any queries they had. This is something the hotel owners need to resolve as guests will simply not return there.
