Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are not so spacious.
Typical of Tokyo, rooms are not enormous. But while this is common in the built-up city, many travellers feel that the size of the rooms does not match the price.
negative:
Only one lift to the 25th floor.
The hotel's lobby is located on the 25th floor. While being up so high means amazing views, there is only one lift available for use, and some guests become annoyed with the long wait.
negative:
Finding the hotel, reception can be problematic.
Located in one of Tokyo's newest areas, the hotel has been described as difficult to find by foreigners in the city. The reception, as well, is poorly marked once you've found the building.
