Positive Reviews
positive:
Something for everyone
The resort is huge with several activities and options for accommodation and dining so you will most likely find something to suit you be it a large suite to entertain guests or a smaller room, a day enjoying some golf or relaxing by the pool, a dining style and atmosphere you like out of the five options, etc.
positive:
Family friendly setting
The size of the resort is also a plus for those travelling with children or in groups as there is plenty of room to run and play as well as enjoy organised activity at the swimming pool, tennis courts or the water park, to give a few examples. Not to mention the various facilities for the adults to enjoy such as the adult-only pool and Turkish bath at the spa or of course the golf and the bars.
positive:
Peaceful but not isolated
The resort's location, while being on a lush, serene compound, is still within walking distance of various shops and some restaurants down the road as well as being close to most of what Palm Springs has to offer.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No in-room fridge or microwave
Given the capacity of some of the rooms and suites, it may be useful to provide a mini fridge to keep a few items, for example, however this is not the standard provision in the rooms. It is however possible to request a fridge or microwave for your room at no extra cost.
negative:
Pools and water-park can get crowded
Although the grounds are expansive and there is plenty of lovely open space, the swimming pools and other common areas tend to get crowded, particularly of course in busy seasons.
negative:
Overall a good getaway choice
In general, the resort is a charming destination for business meetings or conferences, family or group holidays and solo or couple stays alike.
