The hotel is well placed for visiting the main tourist attractions. Walt Disney World and is a 10-minute drive away and you can take advantage of the free shuttle service offered. Disney's Animal Kingdom is also 10-minutes' away. Disney's Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney can be reached within 15-minutes' drive while Universal Studio are a 25-minute drive away.
The hotel itself is modern and guests enjoyed the range of amenities available, including the convenience of the food court, on-site shopping and being able to relax in the 24-hour pool and jacuzzi after spending the day at the theme parks. The rooms are also tastefully decorated in a modern style and are spacious with comfortable beds and well presented, clean surrounds.
The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. There is always a staff member available to answer questions and provide assistance. You can also make use of the on-site ticket service which guests reported that they were able to save on tickets for local attractions.
Some guests complained about the additional resort fees charged, which they felt to be unfair especially when they did not use the resorts' facilities.
