Positive Reviews
positive:
Pleasant staff.
You can count on a warm welcome here. Guests were also pleased to discover that the staff and owners were extra accommodating, and were even prepared to take in early morning ferry travellers when they could. While a few struggled to find someone who spoke English, all in all, it was five star service at a three star hotel.
positive:
Ferry terminal and town centre, here we come!
Guests were in one of the best spots to access the ferry port and sights of Roscoff. Both were just a five-minute walk away, and many guests felt that the convenient location alone was worth the cost.
positive:
Basic but clean.
Guests who tried to focus on the positive came up with several items that were to their liking. A comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and even a few English channels on the television suited many. Some guests were also delighted that they could bring their four-legged companions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Limited lift.
A lift to access rooms was a nice little surprise for weary travellers, but it unfortunately didn't go past the second floor. Guests on the top floor were often inconvenienced by this, and if an elevator is essential to your comfort, ask for a lower floor room.
negative:
Some TLC is in order.
Rooms were found to be tired in the eyes of many. A fresh coat of paint, replacement towels, and attention paid to maintenance issues like broken lights would have gone a long way in enticing guests to stay again.
negative:
Overflow parking.
The secure parking garage was a nice touch, but many guests didn't have the pleasure of using it. If you are arriving late, there is a good chance you might be forced to park on the street due to limited space.
