Terrific views from rooms and terrace
This was by far what most impressed guests about the hotel. They mentioned that it was situated in a great spot that afforded it panoramic views out over Montego Bay, either enjoyed from one of the front facing rooms or the expansive terrace.

The hotel is situated some way out of town. This seems to have suited most guests just fine, since they were looking for a quiet break. They liked the secluded feeling and that they didn’t have to contend with the hustle and bustle of the centre of Montego Bay.

In desperate need of renovation
One of the first things guests typically remarked on in their reviews was that the hotel “had potential”, but had been left to slide into disrepair. Guests believed that it needed renovations and a full makeover in order to meet modern standards of décor and functionality

A number of guests were (unpleasantly) surprised to discover that there was no in-room Wi-Fi access at all. They needed to go to the pool or reception area to connect, which many found inconvenient.
