Convenient for airport travelers
A free hotel shuttle bus picks up and drops off guests to
the Atlanta Hartfield International Airport. The location is extremely close
for people who have early morning flights. This was a popular hotel for people
stranded at the airport.

Guests noted that check-in and check-out was extremely quick and hassle free. They said that the hotel emphasized convenience and made it easy for guests to zip in and out of where they needed to be.

The hotel was clean and spacious – and very much what you’d expect from a chain hotel. Guests said that the hotel was tidy and that the rooms were pretty comfortable and had the basic amenities, toiletries and WiFi that would be expected in a hotel.

You have to pay for parking
Watch out for the daily parking fees which shocked many of the guests. Several guests complained that the hotel does not provide complimentary parking for guests. They also said even with the fee it was hard to find a parking spot and that there should be valet and security monitoring of the parking lot.

Some guests said their issues about their rooms were not
taken care of in a timely manner. They complained that the staff appeared
apathetic and did not take customer service seriously. Several guests reported
problems getting their telephone calls answered and having to call multiple times.
