Sim City Stay offers several of room type, from Dormitory to Family Room and sure that is the affordable and reasonable for you to explore Georgetown City. All of our room are come with AC, Ceiling Fan, Basic Wardrobe and attached bathroom even though for our Dormitory too but there are still some are sharing bathroom.Sim City Stay has a big common area for our guest to hang around with his/her travel mates. In our common area you may enjoy our facilities such as, Pc usage& WiFI connectionFor our Family Room and Biggest Dormitory Room, you may enjoy a widest harbour view of Penang, the scene of Penang Bridge, Butterworth and Clan Jetties. From our roof top a view is 360 degree without any blocking view for the Georgetown and Mainland too. ***Property Policies& Conditions:-Check-in time is 2pm-11pm, any later than that please be inform in advance-Check-out time is strictly before 12noon-At least 3 days advance notice for free cancellation-All of our room is non smoking and no pet allowed-Card and Cash both welcome-No extra bed in all of our room-Children below 12 yrs stay for free if using existing bed (Not applicable for Dorm Room-The Penang State Government Fee is collected upon your arrival with RM 2/bed/night for Dorm Bed while RM 2/room/night for Room
