About Seher Sun Palace Resort & Spa
The five-star Seher Sun Palace Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive resort with a private beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a full-service spa. The resort lies within six miles of Athena and the Temple of Apollo.
The resort has 287 rooms, each one featuring an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, a free minibar and complimentary Wi-Fi. Private balconies offer garden or sea views. In-room safes are available for a fee.

Language barrier with staff
Some visitors complained that they were not able to communicate clearly with the hotel staff due to language barrier. They reported that the hotel appeared to be more geared towards Russian and German speakers, and that the staff barely spoke English.

While some guests praised the hotel customer service, many reported instances of unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Some guests said that the housekeeping staff responded to their requests when tipping was involved and that they felt uncomfortable with the constant expectation. One guest reported that at one staffer grabbed her purse and rifled through it. While the situation behind each case is unclear, there were several reports of alleged impropriety in the reviews and what the guests perceived as a lack of management response.
