The hotel is well positioned in Hakaniemi district close to many attractions. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are all within a short distance from the hotel. Guests can access the metro station as it is just a few minutes' walk from the property.

The employees are very passionate and friendly. The check-in and check-out processes are handled in a speedy and efficient manner. They are competent and excel at their duties as they make sure you feel well attended to and comfortable.

Clean and cosy rooms and public areas
The furniture is well maintained, modern and beautifully selected. Bathrooms are clean and daily housekeeping is available in all of the rooms. Rooms are suitable for families with children as they are large and well arranged. Public areas are also very clean and easy to navigate.

Hotel rates were pretty high
Some guests were of the opinion that the rooms were too expensive once you took into account the room rates versus what was provided in the room. A good number of them felt they were way overcharged per night and did not get value for their money.

Breakfast can be a very hectic time at the hotel especially during the peak seasons. At times queues can be quite long. A number of guests felt that the hotel was not well prepared for large groups of diners.

A number of guests were upset by the lack of a kettle or a coffee machine in their rooms. They felt that this should be a basic piece in guestrooms and considering the status of this hotel, they felt let down that this was not the case.
