Guests love the location of these apartments - far enough away from Vilamoura to be out of the 'hustle and bustle', but close enough that all of the amenities are within a 20-minute walk. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus, and there is a train towed by a tractor offering families a novelty ride to the center.

Guests have noticed that the apartments and grounds of the complex are kept incredibly clean and tidy by housekeeping staff who, like reception and hospitality staff are friendly, approachable and always keen to help.

Many guests have reported that it is worth the money to upgrade to a superior room, as standard apartments can be quite basic and do not have air-conditioning, which is a struggle in the warm Algarvian weather.

Some guests have noted that some of the communal areas in the Parque Mourabel are a little tired, with maintenance required. That said, the hotel has started some renovations with a view to rolling these out across the whole complex. As mentioned above, despite some areas requiring renovations, guests have reported that the Parque Mourabel is very clean.

Some guests have been unimpressed by the variety of food offered for breakfast. Although the quality of food gets great feedback, guests feel that the menu requires broadening to suit everyone's tastes.
