There are both smoking and non-smoking rooms at Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham-Kingsland which could be unpleasant if you are not a smoker. The big problem here is that the smoking and non-smoking rooms are not on separate floors, so even if you get a non-smoking room, you may be inundated by the smell of smoke from the adjoining room.

It's been awhile since this property has been renovated and it shows. Worn, dated and stained furnishings, frayed carpeting and really small bathrooms that have seen better days could make for an less-than pleasant stay.

The guest rooms here are on the small side which makes it difficult to maneuver if you are traveling with more than one person or simply need extra room. The good news is that the suites are larger.
