The apartments, like the rest of the building, are very contemporary. They feature designer furniture and extensive amenities like very well-equipped kitchens, large flat screen TV’s and of course free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Life Suites Loft - Cn Tower features a games room with pool table, fully equipped gym for those wanting to break a sweat and a unique and stylish conference room. There are BBQ grills on the terrace for those looking dine al fresco, and of course the kitchens are always available as well. But for those looking to eat out, the city’s Entertainment District is right outside and holds and incredible array of great restaurants and cafes. Guests looking to get a great view out over the city can head to the CN Tower, which is just 350 yards away.
Guests simply couldn't stop talking about the great central location. Again and again they would say, in effect, that it was simply not possible to be any more central in the city. The CN Tower and the Ripley's Aquarium were often mentioned as being incredibly close by, which guests found very convenient.
Next to the location, it was the building's amenities that most impressed guests. It seemed that it had all they needed, often mentioning the seasonal outdoor pool and fitness centre, both of which many seemed to really appreciate.
Considering the great central location and the amenities available, most guests thought that their room rate was very reasonable indeed. Several compared this to what they would pay a downtown hotel and concluded that they had received good value for money.
Several guests went out of their way to point out that this is not a hotel, or even an apart-hotel, but individual apartment rentals. They explained that there is no permanent staff onsite or easily contactable, which did cause some issues for certain guests.
A disconcerting number of guests reported having problems with the electronic fobs that allow access to the building, floor, parking and other areas of the building. It seems that they did not always work as they should, with complaints that they would not allow access to certain areas, like the parking
Though not a universal complaint, there were a fair number if guests who reported that the apartment really wasn't properly cleaned before being released to them, something some found particularly galling since they actually had to pay a separate cleaning fee.
