Guests mentioned that not only was there no maid service at all during their stay, but that it seemed there was no cleaning done before they checked in either. The specific problems they mentioned were numerous, and also astonishing. Some said their room smelled like vomit while some said there was an incredible amount of mold in splotches all over the room.

Guests simply couldn’t believe how poorly maintained the rooms were. Several spoke about any piece of metal in the rooms being rusted, like in an abandoned building. Some mentioned that there were no bulbs in the sockets and that they had to go out and buy them themselves. Apparently the staff couldn’t be bothered. Several also report that the furniture is not only broken, but actually held together with duct tape. They were simply astonished at how poorly the rooms had been maintained.

It was not said what language the staff did speak, but many guests said that they were really incapable of properly communicating in English. This made it very difficult to obtain any sort of service at all.
