They said they found it handy that the hotel had easy access to Interstate-95 and was close to shopping stores like Best Buy, Walmart, Kmart and Sawgrass Mills shopping mall.

Bathroom issues
Some guests had issues in the bathrooms. The sink drain was running slow and staff could not find a plunger to set it right. Some bathrooms had mold in the shower and mirrors were not cleaned. There was hair everywhere, even in the bathroom sink, which guests found disgusting.

Some guests were given smoking rooms despite requesting for non-smoking ones. Guests found these rooms rundown and filthy. The ventilation was inefficient and the air conditioning unit felt like it was cycling toxic air inside the rooms. Guests also did not like that there were people standing outside their rooms and smoking.
