    The level of cleanliness at Knights Inn South Lake Tahoe could certainly do with improving. Generally, the place feels like it could use a good vacuum and scrub, and there is a musty smell that lingers too. The attention to detail needs to be improved as well. For instance, you might find that trash from the occupants before you hasn't been taken away. Previous guests have also complained that they encountered bugs in their rooms, including crickets, ants and termites. .

    The building is quite out of date and feels very tired. The carpets are worn, some of the chairs have stains on them and the mattresses can be pretty uncomfortable. The TVs have certainly seen better days as well. .
