Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent location.
People pay a small fortune for addresses in this area but, given the location, these serviced apartments are really quite reasonably priced. Just off the A4, they are easy to find if arriving by car and only a short walk from the tube station.

Self catering money saver.
No need to spend money on expensive restaurants. Kitchens here are small but include refrigerator, microwave, sink etc; and they are well equipped. There’s a convenience store and supermarket nearby plus, lots of fast food places, if you fancy that.
positive:
Flexible, helpful staff.
Nice warm welcome and if things go wrong with anything (*it can happen anywhere!) they are quick off the mark to get it seen to ASAP. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Just let them know in advance if you are planning a late arrival.

‘Home from home?’ ... Where do you live.
Apartments are very basic and rife with cleaning and maintenance issues. They vary in size and accommodation, but some are more like en-suite rooms, with little or no catering facility.
negative:
At least the flies like it.
Tell tale signs of places not being let recently include the accumulation of dust, grime and insects. On that basis, these apartments haven’t been let for a very long time.
negative:
Waiting to be short changed.
On checking in there can be quite long period when you are left, on the doorstep, for someone to open the door. Then, prepare to discover a lack of essential items, such as cutlery, in the apartment/room. Armed with a list of things for them to put right, you’ll go to the front desk to find it closed + staff gone home for the night. Oh, joy!
