Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville-Tunnel Road does not allow pets, except for service animals. This is too bad for those who love to travel with their favorite four-legged friends, especially because there are so many walks to be had close by.

This hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms which is unfortunate if you are a non-smoker who ends up in a room that has housed smokers in the past. The stale smell of second-hand smoke which lingers behind is definitely hard to miss and there's no getting rid of that odor which can be problematic.
