Pretty much the first thing guests would bring up in their reviews was that they found the staff at the hotel fantastic. While the “front line” reception staff came in for the most praise, guests clearly thought highly of all the staff, who were said to be both friendly and professional.

Guests really liked the breakfast. They mentioned that, for a buffet style hotel breakfast, it actually offered a good variety of foods. Guests who were staying for some time were especially pleased that they seemed to rotate items, so there was always something new to try each day.

An extraordinary number of guests reported that they found the beds to be very comfortable, sometimes more comfortable than their beds at home. Taking into account that lack of many complaints, it appears that the hotel may actually have succeeded in selecting a mattress with truly broad appeal.

No receipts issued
There were an extraordinary number of guests who were unhappy about not being issued a receipt for their stay. While there was sometime confusion about whether a third party site should issue it, or the hotel itself, in many cases guests asked for a receipt from both, but neither party would issue one.

There were quite a number of complaints about internal noise. They usually did not relate to normal sounds, but rather other guests actually being noisy and disruptive. Some felt that the hotel could have done more to keep them in check.

Despite being close to the interstate exit, a number of guests had trouble finding the hotel. Absent or insufficient signage was usually held to be the reason.
