Being located near the in business district, the property is close to essential amenities and major points of interest. Those interested in outdoor adventures and sightseeing will be glad as many attractions are easily reachable from the hotel.

The hotel has wonderful leisure facilities
Once settled in, it is hard to resist the hotel's leisure facilities. You can either lie by the outdoor pools or work out at the fully-equipped fitness centre. Alternatively, tennis lovers can put on their gear and visit the wonderful tennis court.

All the staff members are very personable and hospitable. The staff members are devoted to their responsibilities and seem highly enthused. The staff s' interaction with guests made them feel special, valued, relaxed and right at home.

Housekeeping was somewhat poor
A number of guests felt that rooms'cleanliness was not great especially in the guestrooms. Some have been found unclean on several occasions by guests who had just checked in. Dirty towels, stained carpets, sofas and beddings were a common feature in most rooms. Guests felt that housekeeping was irregular.

The hotel's kitchen was poorly equipped
Guests felt that the kitchenette was in need of more items. Cutlery and crockery was seen as being in short supply and this greatly inconvenienced many. With regard to appliances, many felt that the kitchens need to be spruced up.

Wi-Fi signal poor in the apartments
The hotel's Wi-Fi connection at times was disappointing as it kept disconnecting. In some areas especially in the guestrooms, the signal wasn't available at all and if present, many had trouble connecting to it. You had to go to the lounge to get a much better connection.
