Negative Reviews
negative:
The Big Hotel's rooms are not quite big enough.
Not too unusual for Singapore, the hotel rooms are not terribly spacious. While larger rooms can be had, room size will depend on how much you want to shell out.
negative:
Taxi drop off is not directly outside the hotel.
Many guests wish the taxi situation was more convenient. Currently, the taxi point is near the car park, which is not terribly close to the hotel's entrance.
negative:
Too expensive and missing some standard extras.
Despite the gadgets included, a minibar and wardrobe are two things that guests frequently miss having in their rooms. Without these standards at hand, some travelers are of the opinion that the rooms aren't worth the price.
