A variety of cabin styles are available, from one-bedroom to four and five-bedroom and even condos. Cabins are en suite and come with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and deck. Cabins also come with Jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. Some cabins are pet-friendly. Some cabins also come with a private swimming pool or hot tub.

No onsite restaurant is available, however, many restaurants are a short drive away including the Smoky Mountain Brewery and Mama's Farmhouse.

Guests say the location of these cabins is perfect for those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding mountains, but the cabins are also very close to all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offer in terms of dining, entertainment, and activities, including the ever-popular Dollywood.

Cabins Need Some TLC
Guests report that cabins are in need of a thorough and deep clean. There is quite an amount of mould in the bathrooms, dirty carpets that need replacing, and a thick coat of dust throughout. While you will anticipate seeing bugs while in the woods, there were also dead bugs throughout the cabins that needed sweeping away.

Sub-standard Customer Service
Many guests feel that the customer service provided by the owners needs improvement. Guests were quoted amenities such as access to a pool, or washer and dryer in cabin, only to arrive and find that those were not available at all. Guests also feel that the owners fail to return phone calls in a timely manner to resolve issues encountered during your stay.

Some cabins come with a private hot tub, however, many guests say that these hot tubs are locked upon arrival and therefore can't be used as anticipated, leading to colossal disappointment.
