Hotel Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wausau (Wausau, USA)

Rooms at Days Inn and Suites are spotless with comfortable beds and lots of space to stretch out.  Guests also reported the appliances are new and the Wi-Fi service is always working.

This hotel is easy to find as it is located just off a major highway.  It's very central and close to everything including a variety of restaurants and attractions.  Guests reported there are many things to see and do in the area and much of it is within walking distance.

Guests reported that the amenities that were advertised were available and everything is in perfect shape.  The pool is warm and clean, the hot tub is clean and always the right temperature, the grounds are always being maintained and public spaces are clean and well-kept.

There isn't much to choose from at the breakfast , especially for guests who prefer eat something healthy first thing in the morning.  Guests also reported that the food is poorly-prepared with overcooked and undercooked items and no one is there to restock the items when they run out.

Guests reported there is a lot of noise around this hotel and it comes from several sources including trucks idling outside the building, heavy traffic on the road outside, intrusive staff who enter rooms without knocking early in the morning and people walking and talking in the corridors.

Guests reported that they received poor service when checking in and they didn't feel very welcome.  If anyone is even at the desk upon entering, they don't even look up or acknowledge guests right away.  There are reports of guests waiting up to ten minutes to be checked in with no one in front of them.
