Staffs were consistently friendly and accommodating according to most guests. They were very hands on and made sure all the needs of the guests were met especially during special events or occasions. Their positive attitude sets positive vibes and made every guest’s stay a pleasant one.
Most guests are pleased with the hotel’s location- close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major establishments such as Walmart. The property’s location was also very convenient for guests who had business meetings within the surrounding areas.
Guests are impressed with the great quality yet reasonably priced rooms! Accommodations are comfortable, clean, and complete with all the basic amenities such as microwave, mini-fridge, work desk, and free toiletries.
Guests had problems with the loud noise coming from people running and yelling within the hall inside their bedrooms. There were also some heavy footsteps and loud pounding outside the door that disrupt sleep. Thus, guests are advised to wear earplugs.
Most of the guests were disappointed with the lack of enough hot water from the shower due to the poor water heating system. Hot water ran out pretty quickly according to most guests so they had to spend more time in the shower waiting for the right temperature. Moreover, bathroom also needs to be updated with modern amenities and needs proper cleaning.
Although it was clearly stated that there was no complimentary breakfast provided with the price of the rooms, guests were still quite upset for they were expecting to see any freebies. There were no free water bottles and any hotel pen, postcard, or notepad provided by the hotel.
