Essentially all former guests were delighted about the service they received during their time at the hotel. The staff members were characteristically labelled as exceptionally helpful and polite.

Although noise is a given due to its central proximity, the accommodation’s location was a highlight overall for many past visitors. Along with the Roma Termini Railway Station being just a stone’s throw away, the hotel is also within reasonable walking distance of many attractions that Rome has to offer.

The cleanliness of the hotel’s rooms was typically commended by previous guests. In addition, and apparently due in part because of recent renovations, the rooms were also regarded as modern and attractive.

The air conditioning situation at the accommodation has disappointed numerous former visitors that wanted to use the facility. It has been noted that the use of the in-room air conditioning was not inclusive with the cost of staying, which has understandably been lambasted.

When it came to the quality of the Wi-Fi, this aspect of the hotel was criticised with regularity by past guests that used the service. It was said that the range, reliability and speed of the Wi-Fi were not to an acceptable standard in general.

The omission of any dining or drinking options on-site was somewhat frustrating for some previous visitors that stayed at the accommodation. In particular, the lack of any sort of breakfast option was seen in a negative light.
