    About Hotel Baltic

    Hotel Baltic is located exactly where the last shots were fired and the last soldiers fell in the 2nd Schleswig War in 1864. 11 years later, in 1875, the hotel was built on the high ground, with the stunning panoramic view of Kegnæs Bay on Sydals. The hotel was owned by the family Willesen for generations until it was purchased by Hans Michael Jebsen in 1992. With the attention to every detail and great respect for history, Hotel Baltic was carefully renovated, in order to retain its original historical appearance and re-opened in 1993. In 2017 new tenants took the reins and once again the hotel has been comprehensively modernized.
