Positive Reviews
positive:
A great spot
Avila Village Inn is set in a beautiful location. It is tucked away in a nice and peaceful area, yet is still close enough to Avila Beach to be able to stroll down there with ease. Having bikes available to use on the cycle track is great as well.
positive:
The property is lovely
The guestrooms here are beautiful. They are spacious while still feeling homely. The bathrooms are excellent too, with plenty of room in them and very good showering facilities. Everything is incredibly clean as well and the common areas are equally pleasant.
positive:
Such great customer service
All of the staff here are really friendly and offer a pleasing level of personal attention from the moment you check-in until you leave. Any issue you bring up or any question you have will be dealt with swiftly. You'll feel like a truly valued guest. They can also give you handy tips on things to do in the local area.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not the best start to the day
Previous guests found the breakfast at Avila Village Inn to be somewhat disappointing. The options are a little limited and what is available isn't always especially tasty.
negative:
A small selection
The bar here doesn't have much on offer other than wine or beer, while the restaurant is in the sports center next door and has a limited range, so you might not find anything to suit your taste. The opening hours of both the bar and the restaurant aren't the longest either.
negative:
Not very private
Some guests commented that, because they were staying on the ground floor, they didn't feel a great deal of privacy, due to people walking past being able to see in.
