Hotel Astor (Mexico City, Mexico)

The rooms were found to be clean by many guests who enjoyed staying in a nice room that was well kept for them. They also felt the rooms were spacious enough as well and liked to have the extra space available.

Most guests felt the Wi-Fi and the air conditioning were working very well during their stay. They were surprised to find the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable even if they stayed in higher floors, and the air conditioner was cool and powerful.

The hotel's location was found to be ideal and it was walking distance from many shops, parks, restaurants and from various public transportation stops. Guests were able to head to the center for sightseeing in a relatively short time.

The train and the traffic that were around the building made the building shake on occasions. The guests were a bit annoyed by this and would have liked a quieter place that did not shake from time to time due to the traffic.

Some guests felt the staff could do a better job of learning English since they could not communicate effectively with their guests. They would have preferred a fluent English or near fluent to understand each other better.

Some guests felt the breakfast was not worth the price since there were not many options available and the taste was not great. They would have preferred to have more variety and more effort put into the morning meal.
