Each of the rooms are spacious, and guests will be surprised to find that they are not very well depicted online. The rooms are larger than expected, and offer a lot of storage space in plenty of cupboards.

Guests will be able to look forward to friendly, helpful and welcoming attitudes from them members of staff. From the servers in the restaurant, to the front desk attendants, guests will find themselves the recipients of great customer service.

The housekeeping staff are good at their jobs, and guests have found appreciation in the way that their rooms are kept clean, and the staff stay out of their hair. Guests can go about their business and come back to a neatly made up room, with no inconvenience to them.

The rooms on offer give guests comfort, but not style. The décor and bed spreads could, and should, be updated to keep in with the times, and to offer a better all round stay. Guests have found that the décor dampens the stay somewhat.

The air conditioning, that is so needed everyday to battle the heat of Ibiza, costs guests at a daily rate. Unfortunately, guests may not appreciate something that should be a free service, especially when it is a given that they are going to need to use it.

As with most places with a pool, guests will find that there is a problem with others ‘reserving' the loungers by placing their towels on the sunbeds at an early hour, and then only making use of them at a later stage, prohibiting anyone else from claiming it then and there.
