Negative Reviews
negative:
Long waiting time at restaurant
Many guests said that they had to wait for a long time for the food to be served at the table. Even during non-peak hours there was poor service at the restaurant. Some guests said that they had to ask for a particular thing many times, only then it was delivered.
negative:
No hot water and repetitive menu
Some guests mentioned that there was
no hot water in the bathrooms. They had to call the staff and get it arranged,
which was quite a task. Some guests also pointed that the menu at the
restaurant was the same for many years.
negative:
Difficult parking
Some guests mentioned that parking
the car is a big challenge. It's even more difficult to park the car when there
are many cars around.
