The hotel is impeccably clean. From the lobby and the public areas to the rooms and bathrooms, a very high level of hygiene is always maintained. The housekeeping team also are very detailed in their tasks.
Majority of the guests found the connection as weak and unsteady. The connection couldn't handle large files were unable to do so and most found it only appropriate for small files. Some were inconvenienced as they had to go to the lobby for a better signal.
Poor soundproofing was thought to be a major issues in the hotel. Guests felt that the walls were rather thin and it was very easy to hear what's going on next door.
