An number of guests left comments that the hotel is very kid friendly and in an excellent location to get around to all of the local attractions such as the Denver Zoo and the Denver Children's Museum.

A number of guests had the pleasure of staying in large spacious rooms with mountain views and in their reviews noted that this was a highlight of their stay. A number of previous guests also commented on what a good nights sleep they got because of the very comfortable beds.

A number of guests who used the pool, hot tub and gym commented that they were really pleased at how clean these areas were and how well they had been maintained. Some guests who used the gym particularly commented that it was a good set up.

A number of guests wishing to have a speedy and smooth exit from the hotel had to compete with crowds of people with the same idea about using the complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Previous guests expressed their concern that the shuttle could not cope with demand which caused them extra stress as they were delayed nearly missing flights.

A number of guest reviewers were not happy with the parking configuration at the hotel with some suggesting that it was poorly designed and badly managed. Some guests were also frustrated that there did not seem to be an adequate number of spaces for a hotel of its size.

Some guest reviewers were not impressed by the breakfast buffet on offer at the hotel and left comments that the selection of treats was limited and what was on offer was poor quality.
