The great thing about this hotel is the location and you can 'walk' to Disneyland in 20 minutes or so! You don't have to walk though. There's a scheduled shuttle service that takes all the hassle out of the exercise. Let's face it; Disneyland is the reason most people are here, so it's difficult to put a price on this particular and very convenient, location.
Toiletries are a bit 'iffy' so it's best to take your own. Other than that, most things are fine. Staff are accommodating and when the occasional maintenance problem occurs, they deal with it promptly, efficiently and cheerfully.
They seem to be a bit thin on the ground sometimes, but staff here are pleasant and welcoming. With feet firmly on the ground of reality, they've got all the information you'll need to enjoy the best of the make believe world that is Disneyland ... just a few minutes down the road.
Even on a wish and a prayer, you'd be hoping for something significantly better than rooms that smell, noisy air conditioning and a minimal supply of pillows.
Many of the laundry machines simply don't work. The fitness center needs re-defining and to cap it all, corridor carpets are depressingly dirty.
You pay a resort fee; but it's nowhere near the resort ... and a parking fee in an age where free parking is fairly standard. All in all, the amount you pay isn't merited by the services and standards provided.
