    Some of the guestrooms at Crystal Lodge are incredibly small. So much so that there isn't any room for luxuries like a wardrobe. The rooms feel like they could use a good clean as well.

    The Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the connectivity drops out and other times it is hard to get online in the first place. Also, a few of the TVs are really old and could do with replacing.
