The Villa. The Villa is in a Secure and enclosed area, equipped with CCTV cameras around the property. It has free parking for guests only. We are an ECO friendly Villa with a colourful garden area, where it grows it's own fruit - Guava, Papaw, Limes and star fruit. With-in the garden area you can relax on the sun-beds and hammocks, or go swimming in the SALT Water pool. There is a Jacuzzi on site, where you can relax with a beer or a glass of wine, and water massage away your Jet-lag. There is free WiFi throughout the villa. The Restaurant: Palms Villa has it's own Restaurant with a Michael Jackson "THIS IS IT" theme. It is equipped with an open Kitchen, where we prepare mouth watering foods from Bread rolls, pizza base to cakes and deserts that are all made fresh in-house. All Sea-foods, Meats and Vegetarian food is bought fresh daily, the sea-food from the famous Negombo Fish Market. The Rooms: The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning & fans (you have the choice); all toiletries with-in the bathrooms are complimentary as with the water and tea in the rooms. All rooms have a safe, hair dryer and a mini fridge, with cable TV (with English channels), all rooms are equipped with multi sockets with USB ports to charge your mobile phones, I-pads, tabs etc.. For all those who book with us, and are looking to enjoy their stay in Sri-Lanka, we send an Info-pack (PDF file) not only for a shuttle service information - but also with details that will help your travels around this island - it will save you a lot of time and money, and will give you an insight of things to do, what to be careful off and how to travel with a list of recommended drivers for tours, and Tuk-Tuks for local journeys to the town centre (superstore shopping) or the beach area for souvenirs, restaurants and pubs. We do not take commission for any of the information given or from drivers / companies you may take for tours, or tuk-tuk drivers for local trips - they have been vetted by us and all we just want, is for you to enjoy your holiday.
