It consists of 6 big rooms with private bath, a big hall for parties and/or meetings, a dining room and a porch where breakfast, lunch and at night, dinner by candle light are served. For those looking for activity, nearby there are thermal baths, a golf-course, a riding ground and by the Arno river there is a well-equipped area where one can go swimming. From the B&B it is easy to reach historical and artistic towns such as the Castle of Romena, the castle of Poppi, the Palagio Fiorentino, the castle of Porciano, La Verna sanctuary, the monastery of Camaldoli and Vallombrosa. Thanks to the strategic position many guests choose this place to spend a vacation in a lovely peaceful area close to nature but that also has easy access to important cities like Florence, Arezzo, Siena, etc. The Casentino forest, consisting in 36,000 hectares of wood, offers a good opportunity for walks, horse riding and cycling on the paths which extend for over 300 kms. Location and how to reach the property Coming from the north: Exit the highway A1 at Firenze Sud and continue through the Pass of Consuma (about 45 kms); when arriving to Scarpaccia turn to the left (sign direction Pratovecchio) and after about 1 km follow the sign Coffia where the property is located. Coming from the south exit the highway A1 at Arezzo, follow the sign for Poppi, then Pratovecchio. From Pratovecchio take the road for Firenze/Consuma/Scarpaccia, turn of the left for Coffia. Coming from west exit the road E45 at Bagno di Romagna and through the Pass of Mandrioli continue to Poppi then Pratovecchio, follow the direction Firenze/Consuma/Scarpaccia and after 2 kms on the right there is Coffia.
