The hotel is located just a short walking distance from a number of beaches. It's proximity to the airport makes it easy for those who want to catch a flight. Many essential facilities are walking distance from the hotel and this makes shopping quite convenient.

The members of staff are very professional and customer-focused. Housekeeping staff pay special attention to all rooms and leave them looking very clean. Room service is delivered on time and any mistakes are hastily rectified.

All the room are well maintained and quiet. The hotel offers impeccably clean, simple and beautifully furnished rooms. The rooms are in good condition, well equipped and have a modern design.

Very weak and slow Wi-Fi speeds in the rooms
The wireless internet connection is quite weak in a few of the rooms. Guests could barely connect to the network. In order to access the Wi-Fi at a better speed, you had to go to the public areas such as the onsite restaurant.

A number of guests felt that the restaurant were quite expensive. Considering the relatively average quality of the food and the limited variety of dishes and drinks offered, they were of the opinion that they were being ripped off.

Inadequate sound insulation in the guestrooms
It can get quite noisy at times and a number of guests have complained about lack of a good night's sleep. Sound also easily carries from room to room and guests with noisy neighbours were not pleased.
